In the context of the European forum on climate change organised by FEDRE (European Foundation for the Sustainable Development of Regions), the Ethos Foundation presents the round table : "Do institutional investors have an influence on companies' climate change strategy?"

The FEDRE forum, which will take place between January 23-27 at the International Conference Centre of Geneva, will bring together political authorities, local, national and international decision makers as well as scientists to discuss climate change and in particular, energy and mobility. On this occasion, FEDRE will launch "Planète Climat" in partnership with the 'Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie de Paris'. "Planète Climat" is an international itinerant programme which aims to raise the awareness of the causes and consequences of climate change and inform on the steps that should be taken.

Wednesday January 25th from 2 pm, the forum will address climate risk for financial markets and institutional investors. The round table, co-organised by Ethos, will be composed of Dominique Biedermann, Director of the Ethos Foundation, Rory Sullivan, Director Investor Responsibility at Insight Investment and member of the "Institutional Investor Group on Climate Change" (IIGCC) steering committee, Anders Nordström, Group Advisor Social Responsibility at ABB, and Bruno Vanderborght, Climate Change Specialist at Holcim.
